Privacy policy
This statement explains how we process personal data in accordance with the revised Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (revFADP).
1. Data controller
The party responsible for data processing in connection with this website is:
HealthBridge Corporate Finance GmbH
8132 Egg b. Zürich, Switzerland
Email: ayhan.guezelguen@healthbridge-cf.ch
2. Scope
This privacy policy applies to the processing of personal data we collect in connection with visiting and using this website. The revised Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (revFADP) is decisive. Where the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies, we also observe its requirements.
3. Processing when visiting the website
Each time the website is accessed, the hosting provider automatically records information in so-called server log files that your browser transmits. This typically includes: IP address, date and time of access, page accessed, volume of data transferred, browser type and operating system. This data is used solely for the secure and stable operation of the website and is not merged with other data sources.
4. Contacting us
If you contact us via the contact form, by email or by phone, we process the information you provide (e.g. name, email address, company, content of your message) in order to handle your request. Note: the contact form on this website opens your local email program; transmission therefore takes place as an ordinary email via your own email provider.
5. Purposes and legal bases
We process personal data in order to provide and securely operate the website, to respond to enquiries and to initiate and deliver our advisory services. Processing is based on our legitimate interest in a secure web presence and efficient communication, on the initiation or performance of a contract and – where required – on your consent.
6. Cookies and analytics
This website does not use tracking cookies or any analytics or advertising tools (such as Google Analytics). No user profiling takes place.
7. External fonts (Google Fonts)
To display fonts consistently, this website loads fonts (“Google Fonts”) from servers of Google LLC. In doing so, your IP address is transmitted to Google. The provider is Google Ireland Ltd., Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. On request, the fonts can be hosted locally on the server so that no connection to Google is established – please contact us about this.
8. Disclosure to third parties and processors
We only disclose personal data where necessary for the stated purposes or where we are legally obliged to do so. In particular, we use our hosting provider as a processor, which stores the website data on its servers. These service providers are contractually obliged to maintain confidentiality and to comply with data protection requirements.
9. Disclosure abroad
Personal data may be disclosed abroad, in particular in connection with external services (e.g. Google Fonts). We ensure that such disclosure only takes place where an adequate level of data protection is guaranteed or one of the legal conditions of the revFADP is met.
10. Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the respective purposes or as required by statutory retention periods. After that, the data is deleted or anonymised.
11. Your rights
Under applicable data protection law, you have in particular the right to information, rectification, deletion and restriction of the processing of your personal data, as well as the right to data release or portability. You may also object to processing and withdraw any consent given at any time. To exercise these rights, simply contact the address above. We may request proof of your identity for verification.
12. Right to complain
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority. In Switzerland, this is the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC), Feldeggweg 1, 3003 Bern.
13. Changes
We may amend this privacy policy at any time. The version published on this website at the relevant time applies.
